Blue light never turns off, even after PC shuts down. – The blue light on the side never turns off, even when your PC is not on. It is extremely annoying, especially at night, since my PC is in my bedroom. Other than that, it’s a pretty standard, functional mouse. The overall shape of it, while good, feels a bit too elongated and smooth. So it gives the feeling that it’s running away from your hand a bit, if that makes any sense.

Slow Polling Rate. Not for Gaming or High Refesh Rate. – First off, I did find the mouse to be very comfortable and ergonomic. I’m around 5’8″, but with larger hands, and the mouse was a perfect fit. The material is that soft touch plastic, very nice feel. Wired, and worked no problem on Windows 10, no drivers needed.

Easy to use & good for your wrist. – I have a lot of wrist problems and am on the computer a LOT, both for work and for hobbies. I decided to try the ergonomic mouse. At first I was worried I wouldn’t like it or that it would be difficult to use, but this is actually probably a bit more of an intuitive design than a normal mouse. It’s easy to adjust to and I’ve noticed a decrease in wrist pain even though I’m not any less busy than I was before. I originally bought one mouse for home, and within a week I had bought another for the office. I’m so happy!

Fits a medium or smaller hand and feels substantial but not too heavy – I have an older ergonomic mouse that is just a little large for my hand but saved me from wrist and fore arm pain gained from too many hours setting up video edit points. I got tired of moving that mouse between computers and rooms. I went looking for something similar (the other model is gone) and after 3 years and 5 different ergo mice, this is the one for me.

Durable as a tank, recommended for gaming. – I’m going to reach my 2nd anniversary, using this mouse and after dropping it around 4 times a week (the fate of a wired mouse), everything still works like new, even the scroll wheel. I did take one point off of comfort because it really isn’t compared to traditional mouse, especially if the table the mouse is on is anywhere above your elbow height. Thankfully, my chair goes high and I personally feel no discomfort, but I can see how this could be painfully if you were to connect this to a laptop and work on a bed or the floor or something. A super cool addition to the ergonomic design that might not be clear by the description is the Button 3, 4, 5 which works without an interface and can be registered as such with all games I played so far. It reaches the point where when I play some highly modded games that require over 40 different inputs at all times, the Buttons to the side that can be pressed by my thumb becomes a literal game changer, not to mention how you can map the scroll wheel as an input as well, though I’d imagine that would be true for other mice too. These thumb buttons are my reason that this is the best mice I’ve used, albeit definitely not for everyone. Another important note for gamers, it’s likely that at first, it’s harder to make rapid movement because you would be using your wrist to move the mouse, not the torque from your arm. For that reason, you may have to get use to a higher sensitivity than usual when playing control-intensive games. The size is large, but unlike some fancy **metallic** mice, this mouse maintains a very light weight, very nice. Recommend using it in tandem with another mouse since different parts of your arm/joint may experience differing levels of fatigue. Highly recommend a bluetooth mouse for mundane work like writing emails and perusing twitter, and the SANWA for gaming.

Good mouse, just big for my small hands – Too big for my hand. It’s hard to reach the buttons as shown in the first picture. 2nd pic shows size of my hands for reference. 3rd pic shows comparison of this mouse (medium size/bottom) to the small version of this mouse (top). I returned this one and kept the small size. This medium size has firmer buttons/kinda hard to press. That’s why I’m deducting a star. The small size on the other hand has so much softer click – I don’t need to put any effort in clicking. Both mice works smoothly and accurately. I have a fabric cushion mouse pad and both mice works without any issue. I have 3 monitors and I can move anything across all 3 monitors without any hiccups.
