2 reviews for nuphy Air60 Portable Wireless Keyboard, 60% Low

  1. P. G (verified owner)

Good looking Design – I like almost everything about the keyboard. I Don’t like having to go online (google search: NuPhy Air60 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard User Guide) to find the hotkeys for customizing the lighting or toggling the multimedia keys on (for Windows) that came OFF by default. I wish I could see the battery level in the computer. Would I recommended? Yes, definitely.

  2. C. S (verified owner)

Works great. Battery life is pathetic – Keyboard works great. Compact. Keys are responsible with good travel. The battery, however, lasts just about a day, which is unacceptable.

  3. O. T (verified owner)

Great portable wireless mech – I got as a secondary keyboard so I don’t have to keep switching between computers as well as for travel. Caps are decent and switches feel good. Key presses feel a little stiffer than my gateron pro reds on my Keychron Q10, but not enough to degrade the typing experience. Size is also perfect for travel, and it’s light yet feels sturdy. Great board for the cost.

  4. F. L (verified owner)

Best keyboard I have ever used – I love the feedback and sound of the blue switches

  5. E. P (verified owner)

Is good, but it not what I expected – The keyboard looks great, but does not feel great. Some of the switches are not properly lubed and they make a scrachy sound when I type. The RGB is kinda useless and the keycaps are not shiny through rendering kinda of useless.

  7. T. H (verified owner)

Well built portable 60% keyboard but awful software ruins it – For some context, my primary keyboard is a Tofu60 build, so I’m used to the 60% layout. I was looking for something low profile and portable that I could throw in my backpack when I’m working remotely or traveling and this looks like it fit the bill. The price is a bit on the high side, but the keyboard is well built and feels comfortable to type on. I love the design, and the box comes with some useful accessories and some waifu stickers if that’s your thing. There is a fair amount of plastic here but that keeps the board light and the typing experience still feels solid.

Works great, but directions are bad. – The owners manual and directions are not any good. To unbox and understand set up, you need to use videos on you tube.

Layout not for me – I can’t knock the keyboard for it’s quality. I wanted a low profile mechanical keyboard to switch back and forth between work and play. I purchased the brown switch and it has a good weight, feel and sound. What I didn’t anticipate was how much my muscle memory relies on a longer right shift key while coding. Its been very painful hitting the up arrow instead of shift with my pinky every_single_time. I tried looking for the software to see if I could remap the shift and up arrow key binding so I could salvage this purchase. It’s just so much work, and makes me wish I had gotten the 75 layout instead or at least had not thrown away my box so I could try to swap for the bigger size.
