Lention has an excellent tech response team. – I occasionally contact a vendor with questions or problems regarding their product. I have never experienced the level of response, both speed and depth of detail, that I received from Lention. After several exchanges I received the solution in sufficiently clarity that I was able to successfully implement it. The Lention USB-C hub now works as I thought it would when I ordered it. The one area which could be improved is the terminology used to describe the solution. Overall I am totally satisfied.

Great dongle, but HDMI only supports HDMI 1.4 – Great little dongle… Solid construction, plug-and-play easy (both windows and mac), nice and compact. But if you’re buying this for the HDMI output, be warned that the HDMI output only supports up to HDMI 1.4 spec.

average hub – it does what its supposed to the only thing that is slightly troublesome is sometimes the cords can fall out on its own. im using it as a hdmi adapter so it can connect to my MacBook but when u plug it in its not fully snug so don’t pull the cord. other than that its a nice, versatile adapter hub for all your needs
