HAPPY CUSTOMER! – I’ve always been a macbookpro user and this is my first time to try imac for longevity reason. At first, I was so skeptical to go ahead with this purchase but thanking myself I finally did. The package arrived well-packed and protected. It looks brand new, no chips or dents. The Imac comes with a keyboard and mouse (not apple), yet I could use it for now until I’ll get hold of the magic keyboard. It is still a big help especially when trying to upgrade Catalina to Monterey. It’s hard to use windows keyboard with it. Confusing! Upgrading it Monterey needs lots and lots of patience as it took me at least 2 hours to get it downloaded successfully. It seems it’s stucked at 5 hours and 6 minutes forever, don’t cancel, just wait and it will finish upgrading in no time. Thanks to the previous reviewers for their step by step guide on how to upgrade the operating system. So far so good, I’m on the 2nd week of using it. Kudos to the seller!

My iMac was in the original packaging! Yay! – It’s the best purchase I’ve ever done! Not only was it on sale when I got it but it was all in the original box and looked like it’s never been opened before. I love it it works and looks amazing! Not a scratch on it if it even was ever taken out of the original packaging. I’m pretty sure it’s brand new! For 699 ! That’s it!! I love it. Thanks so much!

But I really needed a new computer for my work and didn’t want to spend almost 2k on a new one. My husband took over my MacBook and I thought this was a perfect time to purchase an iMac. Just as advertised and well packaged! – I got what I ordered – a refurbished 27″ iMac built in 2019. I ordered the 3.7 GHz version with the 2TB hard drive. I had to sign for the delivery. This machine arrived repackaged with a generic wired keyboard and aftermarket wireless mouse – this is just as well as I don’t like Apple’s keyboards or magic mice. There was also some cosmetic damage on the back casing in the form of scuffing around the sides but it really doesn’t detract. This is, after all, a refurbished computer. All that said it was packaged very well and withstood the ham-handed handling by the shipper.
