Great way to instead of buying new! – Bought this for my senior in high school to last her through a year or 2 in college. Couldn’t tell the difference between thos one and the brand new one the school lends out to her!

Good condition but with hardware issue – The MacBook Pro looks very good from outside with a little scratch on The front lid. Besides that, the Touch ID doesn’t work; I talked with Apple support, and they confirmed that it is a hardware issue and not software.

Good buy – Honestly the laptop looks very good. Great condition. Works very fine. One little issue is some of the keys getting stuck but I’m pretty sure I have a way around that. If that continues then I will have to return it since I have 90/days return window. So far so good

Not Worth It – Purchased laptop that was listed as Excellent condition. No extreme visible scratches display screen was perfect. Only issue was that the Touch Bar did not work. Touchbar was completely fried, was a hardware issue and will not pay $1k plus to get repaired so I sent it back. Purchase from BestBuy or just buy new. Not worth the trouble.

I like my Mac Pro – I was a little discouraged that right after I bought my Mac Pro Costco came out with one that had a bigger hard drive & more memory for the same amount of money. And the battery automatically slows down the second I unplug it, so I always need to have it plugged in. If there is a way to make my letters bigger I haven’t figured it out yet, so I have to wear reading glasses when using my Mac. I also am unable to download to Microsoft. It keeps saying there is an error when trying to update my Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office & my Gramarly.
