Works Great! – I saw some negative reviews on this product but there were many positive ones so I went ahead and purchased it. This computer is working great for me and has no signs of prior use. Everything looks new. I believe the included keyboard and mouse are new. My computer tech came in to make this machine shake hands with two other machines and noted that this outfit is probably the best of those selling used machines.

Amazing! – This was my first “renewed” purchase. I’ve been wanting an iMac for years, but the price was too far out of my range. My bottom of the line 2020HP PC was driving me nuts with how slow it is, so I started looking up the macs. I know with all of my Amazon purchases, I can trust the return process if something isn’t as it should be, so I figured why not take the chance on a renewed max?! The price was the same as the Wally World pc, so I went for it. It shipped FAST, packing was very secure. The unit looks like it is in new condition! The keyboard and mouse are off brand, but they work! Setup was a breeze and this thing runs much faster than my old HP. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Computer – In a nutshell I am 83 years old and after using the computer for 30 minutes to an hour I noticed my eyesight fading. After much thought I decided to put a halt to all my computer use. I also have a laptop I am going to sell for the same reason. Sorry for the inconvenience and many thanks.

Works well but could be better – Everything seems new and works well. However, my only complaint is nothing in the description or information stated what year this computer was from. Normally, that wouldn’t be an issue, but for the software updates, it’s too old to be able to go past Big Sur. I cannot get the Mojave or whatever is out now for the newer ones. That has an effect on some of the programs (like Continuity Camera) and a few others.
